We have the keys!

After putting our offer in on this amazing apartment in Villamartin Plaza on the 16th June 2022, we eventually got the email on 13th September at 14:47 from Sun Laywers to say that they had been the notary and now the legal owners!

We had been waiting for this moment for so long, and could'nt wait to fly out to visit our new investment......so we booked flights that night.........for 6am the very next day!

We were very apprehensive about opening the door and seeing the apartment again, as when we visited the apartment originally it was occupied with a long term let, and wasn't in the best of conditions to be honest, so we wern't sure what to expect! We walked in and were totally overjoyed to see that everything was PERFECT!
